- Flex Pump Speed - Reducing Motor Coupling connected Type
Features of
A G-Flex Speed-Reducing Motor-connected Pump
1. With adoption of an external gear coated with special rubber
and an internal gear processed with MC nylon, solid, Teflon, PP
or PE, no abrasion occurs on the gears, elongating their lives and
facilitating high-pressure transfer.
2. Proper for transferring liquids incapacitating high-speed revolution
owing to the occurrence of cavitation phenomena when high viscose
liquids like mortar, starch syrup, honey, paint, grease, red pepper
paste and soybean paste are transferred.
3. A motor can be connected to a pump in a direct or coupled type
to meet the particular interest of a user.
4. Adopting an internal gear coated with special rubber, the pump
is so designed as capable of transferring slud-contained chemicals
and sands-mixed liquids from low viscosity to high viscosity.
5. Transfer of liquid containing heavy sludge brings heavy abrasion
on the internal gear, making the outflow and outflow pressure inconstant.
In this case, if the pump is manufactured in a multi-type, it can
keep the outflow and outflow pressure constant even for a long-term
use.
6. Mechanical seals are made of SIC:SIC, SIC:ceramic or carbon:ceramic
and are mounted in a double type.
Material of Casing and Shaft
FCD45, SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, ALLOY-20, SR-50A Hastelloy B,C,
CD4MCu, Bronze and available in other special material.

Use of a G-Flex Pump
- Transfer of Viscose Liquids : lubricant, oil, gear oil, hydraulic
operating oil, bunker C oil, waste oil, grease, dyes, bond, polyzol,
paint, silicone, varnish, cutting oil and glue, etc.
- Transfer of Chemicals : hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric
acid, acetic acid, phosphoric acid, chloric acid, caustic soda,
aluminum sulfate, ferrous chloride, ferric chloride, ferrous sulfate,
copper sulfate, copper chloride and other chemicals.
- Transfer of Foodstuffs : soy sauce, soy paste, red pepper paste,
edible oil, sesame oil, animal- and vegetable-oil, honey, curry,
mayonnaise, cream, bean curd, fruit juices, Makkoli(raw rice wine),
beer and other foodstuffs

The M-flex pump
is a positive-displacement pump taking advantage of centrifugal
force, which projects liquid when its impeller wings are bent while
the wings embracing liquid revolve. ex.) As the space between No.
1 wing and the interior surface of the pump gradually expands, it
sucks in liquid. While continuing revolution, the wing projects
out the liquid, starting from No. 4 wing position, and then as the
space gradually contracts, the wing throws out the remainder liquid
while being bent. It facilitates low rpm pumping under its repetitive
operation. Adjusting inflow volume with a ball valve attached to
the inlet can pump a constant volume, and adjusting the rpm can
transfer a constant volume.
