Features of a Mono(M)-Flex Connected-coupled Pump Coupling-type
1. No foot valve is required as it has a strong self-priming (maximum 9 m) ability.
2. Its impeller is so flexible as proper for transferring various kinds of sludge.
3. Proper for pumping waste water containing mud, soil, livestock droppings and sludge .
4. Installation and operation are simple as neither air discharging nor water filling is necessary.
5. Its impeller is made of special rubber or special urethane rubber.
6. Parts can be easily exchangeable. The impeller can be exchanged when you loosen only the front cover.
7. Rubber of the impeller varies to N rubber, H rubber, F rubber or U rubber depending on the type of liquid.
8. Both mechanical seals of SIC: ceramic and carbon: ceramic are mounted in double.

FCD45, SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, Alloy-20, SR-50A Hastelloy B,C, CD4MCu, Bronze and available in other special material.

Use for
- Transfers various soil- and waste-water sludge, pig and cow droppings, septic tank outflow, mud, soil, agri-livestock waste water and their side products and feeds liquid-type animal feeds and their side products. And transfers fermented fish products (fermented shrimps, anchovies and etc.), red pepper paste, curry, edible oil, soy sauce, milk, Makkoli(raw rice wine) and various foodstuffs.
- Transfers sulfuric acid, ferrous sulfate, cuprous sulfide, hydrochloric acid, ferrous chloride, nitric acid, dyes, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, caustic soda and other chemicals.
- Transfers lubricant, oil, DOP, various waste oil, petroleum oil, light oil, thinner, gasoline, cutting oil, fresh oil, rolling oil and other oils.

Use of a Flex Impeller Rubber
- N-rubber : usable for transferring general water, sea water, soil- and waste-water, agri-livestock waste, mud, sludge, shampoo, rinse, detergent and bubble.
- U-rubber : usable for transferring lubricant, oil, DOP, waste oil, vinegar-mixed soy sauce, vinegar, fermented fishes and liquids requiring nontoxity, and for pharmaceutical and food industries.
- H-rubber : usable for transferring petroleum oil, light oil, thinner, gasoline, fresh oil, cutting oil, paint, alcohol, animal- and vegetable-oil, beef tallow and other various kinds of oil.
- F-rubber : usable for transferring sulfuric acid, cuprous sulfide, ferrous sulfide, hydrochloric acid, ferrous chloride, nitric acid, dyes, phosphoric acid, acetic acid, caustic soda and other chemicals.

As M-flex Pump is a measurement pump that uses centrifugal force, it uses method that rotates with fluid that makes wings to bend and discharge fluid. ex) no.1 wing sucks and rotate fluid with being separated from no.10 cam, and spray fluid at no.5 wing position by rotary power, and it discharge the rest fluid from no.5 wing position with striking no.10 cam. It is available to operate repetition process along with low rpm pumping, and also it is available to pump fixed amount by attached ball valve at suction hole that controls suction volume. Mainly, it is designed to transfer fixed amount with controlling rpm.
